The Opportunity

 As a member of the Park & Fifth Customer Care team, you will answer all customer inquiries via. email, phone, and chats in a timely and professional manner. You are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while resolving customer inquiries and answering any questions clients might have. You will have superior product knowledge to aid in helping the customer find the perfect dress for their event.  

This is a hybrid role, with your schedule involving set retail days and customer care days.This will provide you with the ability to work independently and cross functionally with our retail team, giving you the skills to better serve our clients and understand the standards and expectations of our customer experience. You will be expected to think critically, be resourceful in your role and to make decisions you feel confident in while keeping the customer at top of mind.

Job Description

Customer Care:

  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences.
  • Help manage all customer care tickets; this includes organizing, assigning and answering tickets within a 24 – 48-hour window.
  • Assist in virtual fittings; this includes standard and bridal virtual fittings and ensuring needs of customers are met with superior product knowledge and answering any questions they might have.
  • Assist in the management of the Bridal Sample Rental Program - This includes conducting bridal sample virtual fittings, the movement and tracking of samples and the communication to the bridal sales specialist.- Will be first back up to the retail team during scheduled office days if needed
  • Ability to be flexible during office days to work cross functionally and help the business needs of the moment. This includes receiving and shipping.


  • Aid in running and management of studio appointments
  • Manage physical inventory, including replenishment and allocation to the selling floor, made-to-order sales and in-studio pick-ups.
  • Inventory management. This includes but is not limited to, the product movement between the 3 studio locations.
  • Aid in maintaining studio organization, cleanliness and product merchandising
  • Aid in the management of all areas of customer service. Ensuring needs of customers are met with superior product knowledge and assistance. This includes the Vancouver studio phone and studio sales floor
  • Able to be a part of a strong studio team centered around teamwork, positivity, productivity and self-accountability


  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
  • Commitment to learn and grow in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Self-starters who can think critically, and manage their time effectively.
  • A passion and understanding of bridal industry.

The Schedule

Your schedule will involve a work week from Tuesday to Saturday with the following breakdown of customer care vs. retail.

Tuesday: Customer Care - 9am-5pm

Wednesday: Customer Care - 9am-5pm

Thursday: Retail - 11am - 7pm

Friday (Flex Day):Customer Care - 11am - 4pm | Retail - 4pm - 7pm

Saturday: Retail - 9am-5pm
