Full priced items, including Made on Demand styles, are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 21 days from the delivery date.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items over 55% off are final sale.

"Gorgeous formal dress, very flattering and unique. However, the only caveat is the dress is super long and needs altering, even if you wear the dress with heels. I'm 5'5 for reference. It would be nice if the store had short, regular and tall dresses."
