Please note: Due to the Canada Post strike, as of Nov 16 we updated our returns carrier to be able to continue processing returns at our regular rate. However, there may still be delays if returns were shipped through Canada Post or USPS. For those returns, we will process within 10 days upon receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Within Canada or the US, full priced items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if dropped off in the mail or returned to a studio within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 21 days from the delivery date. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. For overseas returns, please contact us. All bridal dresses must be returned by mail, no exceptions. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind.

 

Sale items are eligible for store credit via an e-gift card or an exchange if dropped off in the mail or returned to a studio within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items 55% off or higher are final sale and will be noted as such at checkout. All veils are final sale.

 

Your first exchange will incur a $10 shipping fee, subsequent exchanges will incur a $20 shipping fee. Online returns are subject to a $15 return fee. Products must be returned with tags and in the condition in which they arrived to avoid additional fees or rejections.

 

Park & Fifth closely monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our items or abuse of our return policies. If the product is not returned clean, unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with tags still attached, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to apply a restocking fee.

Exchanges

 

Online purchases at full price can be exchanged for a different size, colour or style within 21 days of delivery for a $10 shipping fee. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items are only available for exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted a final sale. All veils are final sale. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur a $20 shipping fee. For overseas exchanges, please contact us.

When you make an exchange, we will place a hold on your credit card and have the new order shipped out right away via standard shipping. The hold will be released once the original item is sent back to us and processed by our team (this can take up to 10 business days once the item is delivered to us).

 

Product Condition Policy:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition - items not received in perfect condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection. Please be mindful of:

    • Makeup

    • Body products

    • Pet hair

    • Dirt

    • Other foreign fibers

  • All tags must be attached, and garment bags must be returned.

  • You must present a valid order number for the exchange to be authorized.

Be sure to handle these dresses with care.

Returns

You can receive a refund to your original payment method for a full-priced item if returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date or store credit via e-gift card if returned within 21 days of the delivery date. A $15 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping fee. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. For overseas returns, please contact us.

Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise noted as final sale. All veils are final sale.

All returns will be processed within 10 business days of the items being received and once the return is approved you will be notified by email of the refund details.
