Exchanges & Returns
Purchases made on our website can be exchanged or returned by mail or at one of our studio locations within 14 days of delivery for returns, and 21 days for exchanges within Canada and the United States. For overseas returns or exchanges, please contact us. All returns will be processed within 10 business days of the items being received and once the return is approved you will be notified by email of the refund details. Purchases made at a studio can be exchanged or returned in-studio within 14 days for returns and 21 days for exchanges.
Your first exchange is free of charge, subsequent exchanges will incur a $10 shipping charge. Online returns are subject to a $10 return fee. Products must be returned with tags and in the condition in which they arrived to avoid additional fees or rejections. Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchanges only. All veils are final sale.
Park & Fifth closely monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our items or abuse of our return policies. If the product is not returned clean, unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with tags still attached, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to apply a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Online purchases can be exchanged for a different size, colour or style within 21 days of delivery free of charge within Canada and the United States. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items are only available for exchange within 14 days of delivery. All veils are final sale. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur a $10 shipping fee. For overseas exchanges, please contact us.

When you make an exchange you can choose to either place a hold on your credit card and have the new order ship out right away, otherwise your exchange will be processed within 10 business days of the items being received

Returns
You can receive a refund to your original payment method if returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date or store credit via e-gift card if returned within 21 days of the delivery date. A $10 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping fee. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. For overseas returns, please contact us.
Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All veils are final sale.
