Full priced items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 21 days from the delivery date.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items over 55% off are final sale.

This dress must be returned by mail and will not be accepted in studio.

Be sure to handle these dresses with care. Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock White Collection dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.

"Received so many compliments on this dress. It was simple and elegant. Fit perfectly, only alteration needed was the length. Gorgeous dress! Runs a bit small

"Beautiful dress. Lovely quality. Runs a bit smaller than the measurements (chest and shoulders) so I recommend sizing up. I had to have mine hemmed because I’m 5’5 and I also added a button to hold up the train when I’m dancing. They include an extra button with the dress, which is perfect for this purpose. Do not hesitate to purchase this dress!"

"Beautiful dress. I wish it would have worked for me. I saw another comment that mentioned the arm holes being small and I experienced the same thing even though I ordered a size up. The arm holes just felt really tight and uncomfortable. It felt like I might rip the dress if I moved my arms to their full range of motion. I considered ordering another size up but figured it would require a lot of tailoring everywhere else. Very pretty but not the right dress for me."
