Appointments are required for bridesmaid groups and bridal try-ons. Our Un-Bridesmaid Collection samples and bridal samples are appointment-only and may not be available for walk-ins.

Appointments are also great for prom dress shopping.

We can’t wait to see you in our Bridesmaid Lounge. Below is the important information you should know to properly prepare for your bridesmaid appointment.

• Please plan your route or trip accordingly to ensure you arrive on time. Our appointments are 50 minutes long and will be cancelled if groups do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period.

• We recommend having your group look through our collection ahead of time to get familiar with our color and product offerings. This helps to keep the appointment focused.

• While some of our bridesmaid collection is available in-stock and ready to ship, the majority is made on demand. This means that the dress won’t get made until you place your order. Our made on demand styles arrive to you between 10-12 weeks from order.

• We also encourage you to bring any undergarments or shapewear that will help you feel confident while trying on samples.

• To help us keep our samples in great condition, please avoid wearing body makeup or freshly applied self-tanner.

• Note that beverages and food are not permitted during appointments.

Walk-ins are always welcome to shop our Social Occasion Collection and bridal event dresses. Please note, our long white dresses and bridesmaid samples are reserved for appointments only. Fitting rooms for walk-ins are subject to availability.

Booking an appointment for the Bridesmaid Lounge is a great opportunity to try on our Un-Bridesmaid Collection with a dedicated stylist to support you through the process.

With over 600 combinations to choose from, each studio is stocked with a curated range of samples so your group can try on different colours, fabrics, and styles. Dresses can be ordered through our sales associate during your appointment and shipped directly to you.

Please note, not every style and colour combination is available in store.

Dresses online that are on sale, noted as Coming Soon or are on Pre-Order may not be available in studio.

The 2026 Un-Bridesmaid Collection launches in-studios on November 21st, 2025.

Booking an appointment for the Bridal Lounge is a great opportunity to work with a stylist to build your dream bridal wardrobe! Please note our long white bridal dresses are available as samples only, and an appointment is required to try these on.

Our bridal event dresses are in-stock and available to take home from our studios, pending inventory availability. Long white dresses are available to order during your appointment and will be shipped directly to the customer.

Most of our Social Occasion Collection is available to shop in studio. Please note that sale items and styles listed online as pre-order may not be available in studio.
