All online in-stock orders take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped by our Distribution Centre in Canada. Below are our standard shipping options within North America for in-stock items available at checkout. Standard international shipping prices and timelines vary depending on your country.
Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Made on demand and pre-order items will arrive by the latest date indicated on the product page/your receipt at our standard shipping rate. Express shipping is not available on made on demand or pre-order items at this time.
Shipping Fees
Canada:
We offer a $12.50 flat rate shipping fee for all standard orders within Canada.
Returns from Canada are $15, exchanges are $10.
In the case of a return, both the original shipping fee and a $15 return fee are deducted from the refund total.
United States:
Standard shipping to the United States is $15 USD.
Returns from the United States are $25 USD, exchanges are $15.
In the case of a return, both the original shipping fee and a $25 return fee are deducted from the refund total.
International:
International shipping fees vary depending on country and will be calculated at checkout.
While we would love to be able to offer free shipping/returns, this is not something we are able to offer at this time. With the rising cost of shipping, we are doing our very best to offer you the most cost effective and efficient shipping options available. We appreciate your understanding.
Will I have to pay duties/taxes for my order?
United States - Customers within the United States should not be charged duties or tariffs upon delivery.
International - Customers outside of Canada and the United States may face additional duties and taxes, which are dependant on the country and the responsibility of the customer.
Canada - Customers within Canada will not be charged duties and taxes.
Do you ship outside of North America?
Park & Fifth is happy to offer shipping around the globe. Once an order is placed, all in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Standard international shipping prices and timelines vary depending on your country.
As duties and taxes vary by country, we are unable to offer a price estimate. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges that come with your online order.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you’ve made a mistake on your shipping address, you’re able to update it within your order confirmation page within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, regular priced in-stock items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date, and exchange up to 21 days. Please read more about our exchange and return policy here.
Pre-Order Items
Certain styles and sizes are available for pre-order on our website. Pre-order simply means that the item is still in production and not available in-stock; however, purchasing an item on pre-order allows you to secure your desired item ahead of time.
Pre-order dates include shipping time, so the date on the product page will be the latest your order is estimated to arrive. Orders that contain an in-stock item and a pre-order item will ship separately.
Please note, that the pre-order date offered is an estimate only and can be subject to delays within the production process. We cannot make any promises as to if the item will be finished ahead of the date given; however, all pre-orders are prioritized once the goods are available to ship.
Items that are currently online for pre-order are not available in stores. If an item sells out on pre-order, it may not arrive in stores.
Made on Demand Items
Many of our Bridesmaid styles are made on demand. This allows us to create only what’s needed, reducing inventory and eliminating waste. Made on demand means that your product will be made once your order is placed, then shipped to you when complete.
Made on demand styles are estimated to arrive at addresses within North America in 10 - 12 weeks from order. We recommend ordering your bridesmaid dress 5 months out from the wedding to ensure time for your dress to arrive and any alterations that may be required.
Full price made on demand styles fall under our regular return policy and can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Made on demand styles that are part of promotions are elibible for exchange or store credit only.
Orders that contain both a made on demand style and in-stock style will be shipped separately.
Promotional Policies
Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on previously marked down product.
Promotional Exchange Policy: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items 55% and above are final sale - these items will be flagged as such at checkout.
Discount Codes: Discount codes are not stackable with eachother or with products that are currently on sale.
I accidentally typed in my address incorrectly - what happens now?
Once you place your order, you have 30 minutes to update your shipping information if it has been typed in incorrectly. After this time, however, Park & Fifth cannot redirect packages that have been processed and shipped. Please ensure the information you have entered in your order is correct, including your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been redirected or lost due to the customer input of incorrect information.
Any packages that are returned to sender due to address errors made by a customer will be refunded with all fees related to the return deducted from the total. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?
Couriers can sometimes mark items delivered prematurely, and they will likely show up by the end of the day.
If the package is lost or misdelivered by the courier, we will begin a claims process with the courier responsible for the delivery. Please note, claims can take up to 14 business days to resolve. If your order is urgent, we invite you to place a new order as we wait for the claim process to be completed.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I will not be home at the time of delivery, is this a problem?
If you are unable to collect a package that has been shipped to you, please make arrangements to have the item picked up by a friend or family member. Once the item is delivered to the correct address the package is your responsibility.
