Cute dress, horrible quality

"This dress was so thin and completely see through in the crotch area. I had to wear a slip underneath. The fabric was also fraying at the slit so there were little strings everywhere. Overall this dress was not worth the money, and if I had time to find another dress before my event, I would have returned it."

The fit and customer service was not ideal

"I originally ordered the medium and the bust felt like it ran small so I ordered the large for an exchange. Somehow the postal service messed up and gave my package to someone else for the smart parcel locker code and ultimately the package was missing for over a week+. I had a wedding I was wanting to wear this dress for and so I reached out to customer service to see if they would help me figure out something to do. They were very reluctant to help at all besides offering free shipping on a reorder and blaming me for the order going missing, saying it was my responsibility and to make a lost report with the police. It was never in my possession, let alone delivered to my house because of where I live (everything goes to the post office and not physical addresses). I can't afford to purchase the same dress twice, especially when it went missing due to the shipping provider. They finally said they would make an exception this one time and send a replacement but if the original dress shows up I need to return one. I can understand a concern about them thinking I was lying but I would think to con a company, that would be a very complicated way to go about it. Anyways, thankfully the original dress was found/returned from the person who received it by mistake but then I was getting multiple emails from customer service asking me to return the replacement. I returned the replacement as soon as I could. It did not make me feel like an appreciated customer throughout this whole process, they made me feel like they assumed the worst about my situation and me. The size large (I'm a sliding scale for US size 6-10 depending on the cut and always a size medium) felt only half an inch more room in the bust but didn't feel welcome try and ask for another exchange. I ran out of time and had to wear an old dress for the wedding. It really saddens me to be so turned away by a company for a shipping error and be blamed as a customer for something I had no control over."

"The service at the Vancouver store was so great! They pulled me suggestions, gave me feedback and helped me choose. They were not pushy at all, just really friendly and helpful. I didn't buy in the moment, but I called up the next day to order over the phone and they were so helpful!! Great experience, I highly recommend this store. And of course, my dress is beautiful!"

Sheer and shaped weird

"The bottom half of the dress was sheer and got smaller in the hips, so it bunched in the stomach area. If you’re from the US, prepare to pay fees on top of the initial cost and additionally in the mail a month after the fact :) Paid $40 to try this dress on. Unreal."
