Beautiful dress, trouble with sizing

"I love the colour and style of this dress but have had difficulty fitting it to a larger chest. Because of the boning, the top is not forgiving for a larger chest. I ordered a size large and XL. The large wouldn't even zip up all the way and the XL needed to be taken in in the bust and waist. Size up for a large chest."

Sutton Gown

"The pattern is absolutely beautiful. The muted colours first the style of the dress. The fabric is light and airy, but the boning structuring of the bodice gives it shape. Quality is great. Bought as a bridesmaid dress, but I likely will be making excuses to wear it elsewhere after! I bought it in a small, as the size I typically wear was unavailable (XS, XXS). I did have to take it in, so my answer to the fit of this dress does not have much value."

Its Beautiful, but I have a few gripes

"It's thin, like totally see through thin, this means I have to find a slip or shapewear to have underneath, which is an additional cost for an already expensive dress. My other gripe is that it has two layers in the skirt, but it's the same sheer fabric, which means the flowers on the fabric on the bottom layer are visible through the top- and it looks like stains! My husband has assured me its only if you're looking for it, but I think both of these issues could be solved in one- with a thicker solid under layer for the skirt. The good is it fits beautifully, the corset area is fitted and comfortable, and the colour is knock out."
