Full priced items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 21 days from the delivery date.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items over 55% off are final sale.

This dress must be returned by mail and will not be accepted in studio.

Be sure to handle these dresses with care. Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock White Collection dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.

Pretty but sizing is very off

"*rating is for sizing only, quality is nice. This dress is very pretty but the sizing is very off from what’s provided on the website. I am usually a size small but based on the measurements provided I ordered a medium, and the dress was huge and fit nowhere. I then exchanged the dress for a small and it is still too large. I don’t particularly want to pay another restocking fee so I will be keeping the dress (because I also do love the style) but i do need to have it taken in to fit properly."

"This dress is going to be perfect for my wedding in Spain - I like to keep how I dress very simple and this captures that while looking so timeless and elegant I’m 5’9”, ~180lbs with an athletic build - I usually range between a medium and large - I went with the XL to ensure it would fit - will need the straps adjusted and altered slightly"

Great dress, but over priced.

"This is a beautiful dress with nice quality and fit. The price point is too high for the fabric though. It should be 100% silk for $500. I ordered a medium with measurements of 34in(bust), 27in(waist), and 39in(hips). I’m 5’7” and 145lbs. It’s slightly big but I’m just going to get it altered."

Nice dress but quality is not amazing.

"I’ve ordered over 6 dresses from park and fifth and have always been happy with the quality. I expected a slightly higher end product with their bridal collection and am disappointed in the quality of this dress. The fabric is slightly see through and the two side hems do not line up making the dress look rather cheap. It is not what I hoped for from their bridal collection."

Love it!

"I wanted a simple wedding dress and thought this one was beautiful…and reasonably priced! I got it on sale and it arrived quickly. The quality is great, especially considering it’s so affordable! I agonized over what size to order so here’s all my info for anyone else in the same spot haha. I am 5’6” and roughly 125 pounds. My bra size is a 34 C. I bought an extra small. Overall, it fits! I do have to get mine altered. The straps need shortening, dress needs hemming, and there is a little bit of extra fabric in the midsection that just hangs awkwardly (this is my only complaint). It is quite snug around my back and sometimes I need help getting it in and off lol. But that’s probably on me for ordering an XS instead of an S. Hope this helps!!!"
