Full price items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We offer exchanges free of charge or store credit up to 21 days from the delivery date.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items over 55% off are final sale.
This dress must be returned by mail and will not be accepted in studio.
Be sure to handle these dresses with care. Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock White Collection dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.
