"Poor quality and extra taxes i had to pay FedEx, in order to “free” the dress from customs. At the end i payed more than 50€ shipping costs and customes fee. So in total a lot of money for a dress with poor quality. However, it fits good and i like how i look in the dress."
"I went into the store and the associates acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Barely helpful, mostly ignoring me and other girls in the change rooms. These dresses are made so terribly - I tried on the 3 of the same dress in the same size and they all fit entirely different. One was clearly two sizes bigger. I would try on the same style in a different colour - drastically different sizing again. The lining of the dress is not consistent and is too small for the actual dress which causes bunching along the seams. I only bought one of the dresses because I was in a bind and needed something last minute. When I checked out they asked for my email. I said I didn’t want to give it because I don’t want promotional emails. They said that wouldn’t happen, it was just for the receipt. Nope. As of the next day I got 3 promo emails. Have tried unsubscribing multiple times. Way over priced. Terribly made. Total rip off."

"I bought the dress “as is” because they had a sizing error and it was in between a small and a medium. Lucky for me it fit like a glove! Also I’m 5’10 and a half and the dress is a perfect length, I won’t even have to get it tailored at all. The quality is very good and the colour is beautiful. The sales girl was super helpful and knowledgeable too."
"I loved my experience at Park & Fifth. The dress i tried on at had very slight snag near the bottom that we could not even see but they noticed at checkout and ordered us a brand new one and shipped it to our house for free. Plus gave us a discount. Excellent customer service. Such friendly staff. I normally wear 2XS but this dress only came in XS and needed to be taken in a bit and needed to be shortened. But i would say fits true to size if you normally wear XS. Great quality and very reasonably priced compared with all other prom dresses and stores i looked at. Received so many compliments."
"The experience with park & fifth was average. I went in store to try on for sizing and the size I was told to buy (M) did not fit me at all when I got it in. I usually purchase everything in an M and it fits me great. I had to refund it and purchase the size up (L) which now fits me super tight. The appointment felt rushed like we were being kicked out immediately and no one was very helpful. Unfortunately, I expected a better experience so I can’t give it more than 3 stars."
"Style is the exact same as in showroom. But I ordered a small along with another bridesmaid and my dress was super tight not the same as the show room and not the same as the other bridesmaids small which I tried on for comparison since I was confused. This happened with two other bridesmaids with a M and Xl not being the correct size. Correct label and wrong size"
"I originally ordered a small but it was too tight in the bust area. I exchanged it for a medium which fits but will have to be taken in to ensure the top part fits snug. I am not really impressed by the material or how the dress is sown for the price I would expect it to be a lot better made and the material to be a lot more silky. I will have to spend a lot of extra money to make it fit to my liking. I do love the look of it but there’s definitely room for improvement."
