Strap broke while out in public
"I loved this dress when I bought it. While I was out at the dresses first outing, the strap snapped off. I informed the park and fifth team and the most they would do is offer a replacement or $30 to get the dress fixed. I really just wanted a return as the dress is clearly not well made. Super disappointed as the dress is gorgeous!"
Beautiful but Quality Could be Improved
"Beautiful colour and really flattering, fit true to size and as pictured - but unfortunately not the best quality as one of the straps snapped within hours of me wearing it. Luckily I’d brought a backup dress to change into for the wedding I was attending."
