This dress must be returned by mail and will not be accepted in studio.

Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock White Collection dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.

Different design + defect?

"I purchased this dress back in September but sadly, something went wrong with alterations so I decided to repurchase. Unfortunately the second was slightly different than the first. It wasn’t the exact dress I wanted but I had no choice but to compromise since my wedding was so soon. The ruching at the top was significantly tighter on the second dress and there was a defect at the top of the dress as it was flipped over at the seam and would not go back to place. With additional alterations, we made it work and I still felt great in the dress the day of. It is a beautiful dress. However for the price you pay, the quality is quite disappointing."

Photos Misleading, Quality Needs Improvement

"Dress is beautiful but will require alterations, as it does not sit the way it is shown in the photos. The pleated skirt is quite baggy and wrinkled. The boning in the chest also results in the material folding over as it has not been sewn correctly. The quality/workmanship needs improvement."

Unfortunately the back seam was crooked but otherwise beautiful!

"Love this dress so much! But I took it in for alterations and the tailor noticed that the back seam was crooked. I was outside the exchange/return window so she had to just correct it/make it work which ended up costing quite a lot. I was pretty disappointed when I noticed as I loved this dress and it had fit me perfectly in store when trying it on."
