Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Compensation: $50,000 – $53,000 annually

  • Benefits:

  • Location: On-site at HQ (Vancouver) with opportunity to work 1 remote day per week

 


 

About the Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers - whether that’s helping a bride with her order, answering questions online, or resolving an issue with care and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently while also collaborating with a small, supportive team. Ticket volume can vary, so flexibility and adaptability are important.

 


 

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual fittings

  • Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Manage tickets efficiently to ensure resolutions within 24-48 hours

  • Build lasting relationships through clear and caring communication

Team Support

  • Mentor and support junior associates as the team grows

  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members

Problem Solving & Communication

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring concerns

  • Respond to customer reviews on Google and other platforms

  • Track and share trends or feedback with management

Quality & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Park & Fifth products and policies

  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our brand values and standards

  • Follow up with customers after virtual fittings or orders to enhance their experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Compassionate, professional, and customer-focused

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

  • Adaptable to changing workloads and priorities

  • Interest in the bridal or fashion industry is a plus!
