"I preordered this dress back in May for a family wedding. Production ran late and the dress arrived in the middle of June. Upon arrival, the dress itself was stunning. The fabric is light and the fit is beautiful. Unfortunately, my specific dress came with some stitching defects. When I reached out to customer service requesting a replacement, they were extremely dismissive and suggested the fabric that was bunched above the slit could be due to “personal body proportions” and was completely normal. I have purchased other dresses from Park & Fifth with great success, but this experience was a major disappointment. Ultimately I ended up returning it and am currently waiting for a refund."
