In this role, you’ll support a wide range of projects, from cutting samples to small-scale productions of up to 30 pieces. As a Production Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our development process running smoothly and efficiently.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Employment Type: Full‑time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 (experience‑dependent)

Location: On‑site; local travel between HQ, factories, and warehouse as needed
Responsibilities

Operate cutting machine, select correct program and layout fabrics correctly

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
-
Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise and improve areas of productivity when possible

Ability to recognize defective fabric or inconsistency in fabric and distinguish color variations

Identify unusable fabric or fabric issues that may be production problems prior to cutting

Maintaining records of fabric utilization and inventory

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safety

Comfortable being on your feet for 8 hours

Comfortable working in a high energy, high production environment that is ever-changing

Perform all tasks in a safe and conscientious manner

Assist with other production tasks when necessary

Driving company vehicle from our HQ to factories and our Warehouse when necessary

Assisting with quality control of finished garments and raw materials
-
Team support in areas beyond design and production. This includes but is not limited to, shipping and receiving, photoshoot assistance, and warehouse sales.
Qualifications

Familiarity with garment construction and sewing

Ability to identify garment pattern shapes
-
Knowledge of fabric types (wovens, knits), linings, interfacings; experience handling unstable/specialty fabrics

Experience spreading fabric onto large cutting tables

Solid understanding of textile terminology and fabric characteristics

Strong work ethic, communication skills, and problem‑solving ability

Excellent attention to detail; self‑accountability
-
Basic MS Excel skills; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator

Ability to assess, diagnose, and make minor repairs/adjustments when equipment performance dips below quality standards

Clear, concise communication of issues to teammates and supervisors

English proficiency

Valid driver’s license - abstract required
