Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items over 55% off are final sale.

"This dress is beautiful but had some complications. I experienced bumps along side the hip down. I ordered my regular size and I thought it was from pulling, but when I got the larger size the same situation happened. I believe it is because of the inseams. I don’t know why they are facing outwards on the lining. Should be facing inside to reduce so much extra material. Dress was still gorgeous. I used it as my wedding dress so maybe I was being a little fixated."
"Beautiful floral pattern selected as a bridesmaid dress option for an upcoming fall wedding. Unfortunately, returned this dress as found that the material had an unfavourable ripple on both hips despite sizing up and down. Might be better suited for smaller chest size. However, I have a larger chest (32F) and would have loved to make this dress work, if not for the issue with fabric on the hips."
