"Tried this dress on in store and not even a month later I order the exact one in that exact size. Very disappointed that the dress fit completely differently then when I tried on in store. The cleavage and back was very tight when I order yet in store I had room to spare. Material is not stretchy, which I knew, so trying to fit in this dress was not an option. Just don’t understand how what I tired on in store versus what I bought online was so different."

"I went to a pop-up event to try on the dresses before making my purchase. The first dress I received in a size Small was too tight around the bust. The exchange process was smooth, and customer service even offered to cover the exchange shipping costs. I then received the dress in a Medium, and the fit is perfect. However, the seams near the zipper are coming apart, so I’m quite disappointed with my purchase. I’ll have to take the dress to a tailor to have it repaired because the zipper doesn’t open all the way due to the damaged stitching. I’ve attached photos below for your reference."
"Overall, beautiful and super flattering, but a challenging purchase process. Fit wise - Quite long for a medium - I am 5'7 and wore 4in heels and a fair bit of material still dragged on the floor. Sample size small in store was not true to the small dress that was shipped to my home. This resulted in a stressful situation trying to replace this in time as the shipped small was impossible to get into without damaging the zipper. I ended up re-ordering another small and medium, then having to bring them back to be refunded. Neither of the 3 dresses that were shipped to me fit the way the sample did in the end. The store rep in Vancouver was extremely helpful and accommodating which I really appreciated. I am just disappointed by the sample size mishap. This could have been a much larger issue for myself and others and is misleading. I suggested the store replaces the sample size to accurately reflect the small that I was shipped, and even asked to purchase it because this was exactly how I wanted the dress to fit. The medium ultimately was a bit too large in the rib cage and longer than I would have liked, but it is a lovely dress and I am fortunate that the medium worked well enough for the event"
"The material is very comfortable, the dress doesn't feel cheap. I am 5’11 and wore 2in heels with this dress and it was long enough, usually this is a problem for me but this dress was perfect. I bought last minute for a wedding and couldn't be happier, I would buy from this brand again."

"Beautiful pattern, but poor quality. Seams were not sewed properly and because of that it does not sit on the body properly. I’m disappointed that I paid so much for it, but the pattern and style are beautiful. I just had to pay an extra $100 to get it fixed properly, and due to this experience with the brand I won’t spend that much on a dress from them again."

The color is even prettier in person and shockingly every other aspect of the dress fits me like a glove. I am super flat chested and was worried about the deep V + bending over; no issue at all. So. Well. Designed. Couldn't recommend more, she is stunning!"
