Inconsistent Proportion

"The waist, back and chest is almost a size different than the waist down. You need the XS bottom to go with the cut of the Small top. And this is on a very thin person. So we had to buy the size Small for the inch needed at the back/waist and now we have to alter the bottom to fit. The small has so much fabric making the dress too wide. Length is very long especially for a 5’10” person. If it wasn’t purchased for a wedding party I would purchase a new dress brand. Dress is pretty they just need better proportions. Cost to return is ridiculous, too."

Perfect wedding guest dress

"I wore this to a wedding in Germany and it was a dream. I got so many compliments. The subtle design on the dress gives it a little something extra and the fit was perfect. I’m tall and was so pleased that even with heels this dress still touched the ground."

Quality dress, had to size up

"I originally ordered size xs but it would not zip over my bust (B cups). I sized up to a S and it fits well. However, is slightly baggy in the top of bust/armpit area. Dress also runs long (good for tall people). I am 5'3 and will need to get it hemmed. The exchange process to size up was extremely easy and the new dress came fast!"

Pretty, but meh

"This dress was really pretty and I was excited for it, but it’s not designed for a woman. I’m 5’3” and 115-120 pounds, but have a large chest. I’m typically and XS or S, so based on reviews and sizing descriptions, I went with a small. It was weird because the bottom half was too big, it fit perfect around the ribs, but then I couldn’t even zip it because of my chest. I honestly don’t even know if an A cup would fit into this dress. In theory, my body style should have fit easily, based on my measurements. If I would have sized up, I still don’t think my chest would have fit and then I would have had to get way too many alterations on the lower half on an already expensive dress. This style is really pretty, but not practical unless you have no boobs. The fabric also has ZERO give. I would recommend a different style overall. I ended up with a differnt style, and it fits better, but I’m still going to have to pay to get it altered in the chest because I am a size small and a medium would be way too big. The customer service is lovely though and very helpful, but I wouldn’t buy from this company again. It’s too expensive for the amount of accommodations you have to make to fit into your size."

Pretty but definitely not forgiving

"Gorgeous dress but not very forgiving material. Very tight on the rib cage for a beautiful corseted look, but makes it difficult to breathe if even slightly bloated or after a normal sized meal. Looks great but not very comfortable and shows every curve on your body"

Came WAY TO SMALL

"I tried this dress on in store along with several other styles, all in an XS, and every one fit perfectly. Based on that experience, I confidently ordered the same size. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived, it was nearly 3 inches away from being able to zip up. Because of the very long lead times, there wasn’t enough time to reorder a larger size before the wedding, leaving me with no option but to pay for extensive alterations. The alterations ended up costing nearly the value of the dress itself, as the bodice now needs to be significantly reconstructed just to make it wearable. I’m extremely disappointed with the inconsistency in sizing. Out of the 8 girls in our bridal party, more than half experienced issues with their dresses being too small to zip up, and mine was unfortunately the most severe case. My recommendation to anyone ordering would be to size up. It’s far easier and less expensive to take a dress in than to completely alter and rebuild the bodice after the fact."
