"Ordered this dress for a wedding as a bridesmaid and the strap broke after wearing the dress for 4 hours. No reason for the strap to have come loose as I was only standing to take photos when the strap popped off like nothing. Very expensive dress for such poor quality."

"I ordered this dress from park and fifth and it came in two different times with the same mistake. The tag on the outside was the correct size and the tag inside was 2 sizes too big. When the first mistake happened, I was hopeful they would have taken the time to check with their staff to ensure this mistake was fixed for when they sent the dress the second time. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service was slow and careless. I will not be ordering from here anymore. This also happened with a wedding event dress I ordered last year."
