Part-Time Office & Accounting Contractor (3 hours a day, Mon-Fri)

Location: Railtown, Vancouver (In-office, flexible hours)
Rate: Starting at $30-$40/hour, experience dependent

Park & Fifth is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented contractor to support our team for 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a creative and fast-paced environment in a supportive admin and bookkeeping capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support

    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

    • Set up and maintain organizational systems related to administrative support

    • General company admin support as needed

    • Communicate with cleaning company

  • Accounting Support

    • Prepare all month end documents for our senior bookkeeper:

      • Code and upload invoices to our invoice portal

      • Download and organize monthly bank statements

      • Mange monthly invoices and receipts in an organized way to easily prepare for month end work

    • Manage all accounts payable including but not limited to writing cheques

    • File monthly GST, PST, QST

    • Change management in master cash flow document

    • Execute leasehold line of credit project applications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

  • Must have bookkeeping experience for at least 2 years

  • Must be available to work on-site at our Railtown-area office
