Rate: Starting at $30-$40/hour, experience dependent
Park & Fifth is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented contractor to support our team for 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a creative and fast-paced environment in a supportive admin and bookkeeping capacity.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Set up and maintain organizational systems related to administrative support

General company admin support as needed

Communicate with cleaning company

Accounting Support

Prepare all month end documents for our senior bookkeeper:

Code and upload invoices to our invoice portal

Download and organize monthly bank statements
-
Mange monthly invoices and receipts in an organized way to easily prepare for month end work

Manage all accounts payable including but not limited to writing cheques

File monthly GST, PST, QST

Change management in master cash flow document

Execute leasehold line of credit project applications
What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

Must have bookkeeping experience for at least 2 years

Must be available to work on-site at our Railtown-area office
