Online Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy

Regular purchases made on our website can be returned by mail or at one of our studio locations. Exchanges in regular purchases are only offered in-studio as we cannot process exchanges online. All returns will be processed within 14 business days of the items being received and once the return is approved you will be notified by email of the refund details. Bridal Dresses and Bridal Accessories must be returned by mail. All veils are final sale. All Archive Sale items are final sale.

You can receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of the delivery date or store credit via e-gift card within 21 days of the delivery date. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind.

 

Exchanges

Online purchases can be exchanged in-studio within 21 days. We cannot process exchanges online.

Sale Items

Returns 

You can receive store credit via an e-gift card within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind.

In Studio Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy

If your purchase was made at one of our studio locations, it can be mailed back to our distribution center for a return if a credit card is used. Studio purchases cannot be returned online if debit/interact was the form of payment. These will be returned to sender upon arrival at the expense of the customer.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We understand that our dresses are often purchased for future events. Please be sure to open, inspect and try on your dress as we need to be notified of any concerns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund and within 21 days for a credit or replacement. After this time the dress is no longer eligible for a return, exchange or credit.

 

For All Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition - items not received in perfect condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • You must present a valid order number for the return to be authorized.
  • All returns will be processed within 14 business days of the items being received and once the return is approved you will be notified by email of the refund details.

White Collection: In-Stock Bridal Dresses & Bridal Accessories

You can receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date or store credit via e-gift card within 21 days from the delivery date. All bridal dresses must be returned by mail, no exceptions. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind.

Be sure to handle these dresses with care. Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock bridal dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.

 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order items purchased in studio
  • Veils
  • Archive Sale items

 

Park & Fifth closely monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our items or abuse of our return policies. If the product is not returned clean, unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with tags still attached, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to apply a restocking fee.
