Regular purchases made on our website can be returned by mail or at one of our studio locations. Exchanges in regular purchases are only offered in-studio as we cannot process exchanges online. All returns will be processed within 14 business days of the items being received and once the return is approved you will be notified by email of the refund details. Bridal Dresses and Bridal Accessories must be returned by mail. All veils are final sale.
